Boomaid Return - Refund Policy

Welcome to Return & Refund Policy page for the Boomaid. In this page, you can find out which products are eligible to be returned and also how refund process works on Boomaid Multipurpose Online Platform in E-Commerce section and also what are the regulations and standards for cancelation and refund process in Service Marketing section. Due to the nature of issue; there will be no return process for services that are offered by providers and demanded by customers but refund options may be carried out if they are eligible. The information gathered here is the latest version but may change time to time with or without notice. Please check our Return & Refund Policy and regulations before ordering and utilizing our services and features.

Terms used in the policy

E-Commerce
Full Refund with Order Cancelation: It indicates that the order of products has been canceled by the customer before shipment of the products by the provider. Cancelation request is only available in first 24 hours of placing an order and before start of service fulfilment by the provider.
Full Refund with Return: It indicates that the total paid amount by the customer, including the value of the products, taxes, shipping costs is eligible to be refunded. The products have to be returned to the provider in order to commencing refund process.
Product Value Refund with Return: It indicates that the paid amount by the customer for the products and taxes are eligible to be refunded. Shipping costs or customs duties will be excluded from refunding; thus, shipping costs and customs duties will not be refunded. The products have to be returned to the provider in order to commencing refund process.
Non-Refundable: It indicates that there is no refund possibility for the products and thus no refund will be carried out by the provider even if the products are returned to the provider.
Product value Refund without Return: It indicates that the paid amount by the customer for the products and taxes will be refunded. Shipping costs or customs duties will be excluded from refunding; thus, shipping costs and customs duties will not be refunded. In this case the products DO NOT need to be returned to the provider in order to commencing refund process.
Service Marketing
Full Refund with Demand Cancelation: It indicates that the demand of services has been canceled by the customer before commencement of the service fulfilment by the provider. Cancelation request is only available in first 24 hours of placing an order and before start of service fulfilment by the provider.
Full Refund without Demand Cancelation: It indicates that the total paid amount by the customer; including the fee of the services, taxes, travel time, milage/ setup costs is eligible to be refunded due to the impossibility of completing the services by provider that are demanded by the customer due to technical, legal or other reasons caused by negligence and failure of the provider.
Partial Refund: It indicates that a partial amount which is paid by the customer for the services and taxes are eligible to be refunded. Due to the fact that the cancellation of the continuation of the service is done at the request of both parties during the completion of the service, so the amount of this refund is determined by agreement between the parties; Customers and Providers.
Non-Refundable: It indicates that there is no refund possibility for the demanded services and thus no refund will be carried out by the provider even if the service cancelation request has been placed by the customer or customer does not need the demanded service any more.

Return Policy

According to our Return Policy we have clarified which conditions and options are possible for customers to return products and get refunded in E-Commerce section or cancel demanded services and get refunded in Service Marketing section in case the provider has defined such option for the customers and also if they are eligible for Return / Refund process.

Return Period: For all cases, the return period of products is calculated 30 days (Thirty days) from the date of delivery of the goods to the customer. Official holidays and off days are also included in this period.
  • 1- The products delivered to the customer are inconsistent or different from the products ordered by the customer.
  • 2- The products delivered to the customer are defective, damaged, have missing parts or have expired at time of delivery (including groceries as foods, beverages, supplements, medicines and etc.  or any product with passed expiration date).
All Electronic devices are eligible to be returned within Return Period in terms of Product Value Refund with Return if:
  • The products remain in the same condition as the date of shipment, the products have NOT been unpacked from their original packaging and also, they are unused and undamaged by the customer.
Products are NOT eligible for refunding at all in terms of Non-Refundable If:
  • The product is damaged or defected by customer due to misuse.
  • The product has missing parts due to lost parts by the customer.
  • The Product is classified in Luxury products categories like Jewelry, Watches, Accessories and etc. (except the products delivered to the customer that are inconsistent or different from the products ordered by the customer and also the products delivered to the customer are defective, damaged or have missing parts)
  • The products of digital nature like e-books, gift cards, software.
  • The Return Period for the product has passed and during this time the customer has not registered the return request to do so in the customer dashboard and also the customer has not returned the mentioned product to the provider.
Some Products MAY be eligible for refunding without return in terms of Product value Refund without Return if:
  • The providers have considered and set such option for the customers.
  • The product contains any of these items: Live insects, plants, flowers, Flammable liquids, dangerous gases or substances.
  • The product has expired at time of delivery (including groceries as foods, beverages, supplements, medicines and etc.  or any product with expiration date).

Refund Process

Refund Request

E-Commerce: Customers who want to get refunded by returning products in cases that it is eligible to do so or in the rare cases that refund without returning products is possible for E-Commerce, must fill out return request form in their E-commerce dashboard before the Return Period ends (30 days from the date of the delivery). In majority of cases customers are required to return the products to the providers in order to get refunded. Refund process may take up to 30 working days so that the amount be available in your bank account or card.

Service Marketing: Customers who want to get refunded by canceling service demands in cases that it is eligible to do so or in the rare cases that refund without demand cancelation is possible for Service Marketing, must fill out demand cancelation request form in their Service Marketing dashboard before the Cancelation Period ends (30 days from the date of the demand).Refund process may take up to 30 working days so that the amount be available in your bank account or card.

Note for providers: Any order related to provider’s advertisement, which is made in provider’s dashboard with title of “Specific” advertisement is non-refundable due to its nature. Only advertisement with title of “Promote” can be canceled by the provider by terminating the agreement at any time without deduction or fine, which may take up to 7 working days to carried out.
